Join us for an hour of Ballet Technique & Conditioning.  This open class is for youth & adults that want to improve their technique and performance in all dance forms by strengthening the body's core while improving coordination, balance, alignment, and flexibility.


Learn combos, work on strength and execution! 

suggested ages; youth 8-12  and adult 13  - adult 


This class we will focus on what YOU need to work on. You will receive group and one on one instruction. Great for those students that want to push their-self to the next level or the dancers that haven't danced in years and would like to brush up on skills. Everyone is welcome. Drop in class options are available for $20. Must email studioA@sowaldance,com 24 hours prior to class start time to sign up. 

Saturday: Open Ballet Conditioning

  • Summer Class Tuition is non-refundable. Cancel class 7+ days prior to June 6th for 75% credit to use towards a future class.
