Acro: Saturday

11am -12PM

Acrobatics teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique. Students will learn such things as handstands, chin stands, elbow stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, balance, & contortion tricks. Acro is not the typical tumbling or gymnastics class. This class is great for students looking to enhance their agility, flexibility, & strength.


Class will be taught by the highly trained, Kate. She comes to us from Panama City, FL - Independant Dance Collective Studio.  Drop in options available if class is not full. Space is limited - drop ins must contact studio directly to sign up 24 hours prior to class start time. 

Saturday: Introduction to Acro

  • Class Registration is non-refundable. We can offer a 75% credit towards a future class if canceled atleast 7 days prior to summer session start date. Contact us with any questions.
